These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between u7778 ("Platform", "we", "us") and you ("User", "Member"). By accessing or using the u7778 platform you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1. General Provisions and Definitions

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the meanings set out below:

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on the u7778 platform:

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the platform. u7778 may request age verification at any time. Failure to verify may result in the account being suspended or closed.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open one account only. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all associated accounts will be closed and their balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. u7778 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit deposited funds if false information is provided.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

u7778 may request a national identity card, passport or other government-issued documents where necessary. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of the KYC process.

3. Account Security and Password

Ensuring the security of your account is your own responsibility. Please follow the guidelines below:

• Never share your password with anyone.
• Avoid logging in from public computers or unsecured networks.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Managing an account through a third party is prohibited.

u7778 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of an account.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds into u7778: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method. No additional charges are deducted at the time of deposit, however the third-party payment service provider's own charges may apply.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals are normally made through the same payment method used to deposit funds into the account.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

u7778 complies with international AML standards. Transactions that appear unusual or suspicious may be held for review and the relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 25 times the total bonus amount must be met (wagering requirement 25x).

For example: if you deposit ৳2,000 and receive a ৳3,000 bonus, you must place bets worth ৳3,000 × 25 = ৳75,000 before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on games designated by u7778.
• While one bonus offer is active, another bonus cannot be used at the same time.
• If a withdrawal is made before the bonus terms are met, the entire bonus amount will be cancelled.
• u7778 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed.

6. VIP Program and Rewards

u7778's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.0%

Progression through VIP tiers depends on your consistent participation and activity on the platform. Cashback is paid at a set time each week. VIP benefits apply only to active and verified account holders.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the u7778 platform:

• Attempting to obtain bonus benefits through fraud or multiple accounts.
• Placing bets or playing by artificial means (bots, automated software).
• Using another person's account or managing an account on behalf of someone else.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform's systems or security, or attempting to hack them.
• Harassing other users or using harmful language.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, the balance may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

8. Responsible Gaming

u7778 firmly believes in responsible gambling. We provide the following tools:

• The ability to set deposit limits.
• The option to set session time limits.
• The ability to voluntarily suspend the account for a period (cooling-off period).
• The option for permanent self-exclusion.

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. All balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

12.2 Termination by u7778

u7778 reserves the right to close or suspend an account for the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months).

13. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about any matter, please notify our support team first — our team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist in Bengali. Every effort will be made to resolve the complaint as quickly as possible.

If a resolution is not reached through the support team, both parties will attempt to reach a settlement through mutual discussion. In any dispute, u7778's decision will be considered final.

14. Changes to Terms

u7778 may amend or update these Terms at any time. Revised terms will take effect from the date they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as your agreement to the updated Terms.

15. Applicable Law

These Terms will be governed by applicable laws and regulations. Both parties accept the jurisdiction of the relevant judicial authority for any legal proceedings arising from this agreement.
